I went out to take photos, it wasn't easy getting the leaves as they were just a little too high and mostly pointing upwards! They have a purplish tinge but I think will green out later, new leaves are purple-red. My plant hasn't branched out much, and it's fairly tall.
One thing I did notice is there is only one pair of small thorns between the leaf nodes.
