Thanks for the tomato cage advise Tiffany! I still need to pick up a package to add to this lone bulb/tuber but I have a few used cages handy. I've been guilty of using fishing line to tie top-heavy lilies just fine but it's good to know that's not a good option for dahlias. Cages are fine, it'll leave the next door neighbors wondering!
