That happens to me a LOT. Roses will look completely different on the same bush because of the temperatures. Your rose looks perfectly normal, if very pretty!!
If you really wanna see a chameleon rose, get a Koko loco. That rose starts out a pinkish apricot salmony color, then goes to a chocolate milk color before finally fading to a true lavender!
