Thanks, that's good to know. Maybe I will only let one plant go to seed, especially since this is only my first year with it. About 2 years ago, I grew a couple of sparkling burgundy plants from seeds. They germinated very easily. I basically forgot about them & didn't care for them as I should have. The bulbs are still a little small, and the plants are not thriving. I just repotted and fertilized them a couple of weeks ago. I'm going to keep them growing over the winter and hopefully I'll see a bloom in the next year or two.
