Yes I do have a handful of black daylilies. They are hard to come by. Of course like all flowers none are really black, they appear black from a distance. But all are either purple or red colored. I like daylilies that ope out really flat or recurve and some of the more popular black daylilies do not open as far as I'd like. But the ones I do have I like pretty well.

I thought about chocolate cosmos but the database pics show it pretty red colored and not as dark as I'd like. Is there a hardy hibiscus with dark flowers? I do have 3 of those but all are pink colors. Oh, I did pick up a red one last fall but haven't planted it out yet, it is still potted.
