Thanks all. It is a common impact fracture from running. I have 2 bilateral tibial plateau fractures. One in each leg, but the left one is worse. The only repair for my type is non-weight bearing to allow time for the bone to re-lay. I've upped my Calcium to help a little bit and lots of raw veggies.
I am very optimistic about my Dendrobiums this year. I see lots of nodes.
