@RickCorey...oh gosh, i think it has been years. I think we both must have been kids when we were chatting at brandx Hilarious! How is your giant delphinium? And didn't you have some singing, giggling flowers growing near your fence? or on the other side of your fence peeking through?

Junior is no longer with us RIP, but i was looking at some garden photos and saw some photos of him just the other day...such a handsome little guy but so spoiled and really bossy. Those moringa trees need to be kept pruned or they will grow 60+ feet tall quickly. My neighbors 2 doors down let their 2 trees grow and grow and grow and they broke up all sorts of pipes and broke some walls and part of their house foundation. For a couple of days they didn't have any water coming in to their house and came over to get water from me in large containers...what a mess and with 3 little kids too. For awhile i grew moringa in a tree pot (after seeing what it could do). In the mornings i would go out and snack on the leaves...really nice, very tasty with a radish flavor to them. I think a tea would have been very nice too but i never got around to making tea and didn't keep the trees for very long.

I live at the base of one of the most active volcanoes in the world and in November of 2014 it started acting up and has been acting up ever since, spewing ash (which the wind takes away to the northeast), boulders, lava. It has been really exciting and so far has not been much of a danger to people and i don't believe there have been any evacuations of people who live on the mountain. It has blown its dome completely, there is so much natural power it is both so awe-inspiring and mesmerizing, there is room only for fascination but not for fear of any kind. This mountain volcano evokes a kind of reverence and love in the people here (and me too). It is so very cool. So what's new with you and how have you been? I have enjoyed reading your posts in the sandbox adios DG. Ciao for now, i'm sure we'll be bumping into each other from time to time around here.
