I was one of the first 300 contributors to the plant database! Plant Identifier
I dug mine up yesterday and it was mushy, just as I suspected. We have soggy winters here and summer seems forever to come, so I don't think this plant would do well for me here. I just bought a small one at Lowes to try. It was desert jewel or something like that. The color was really rich. I do have pretty good luck with sedums though, so I guess I'll stick w those.
