The only deep pink rose our HD carried last year was Pink Peace. Your rose looks like it has a few stripes, or is that just petals that had some damage?
I'm jealous of you Californians because box stores out there carry much better roses. Here, we get the same old roses year after year. Mr. Lincoln, Tropicana, Iceberg, oldies but goodies, nothing new or exciting unless it sneaks in there unlabeled. I did get lucky finding a Louise Odier at Home Depot last year.
Remember that children, marriages, and flower gardens reflect the kind of care they get.
