I kinda wanted to go to the open house but too much to do here before it rains again. This was day two of practicing the futility of digging out wild garlic.
I have a new iris seedling, first bloom now. Not a hand cross but it came from a seed that germinated in the compost bin so for now I have named it Compost. Flared, ruffled, white with horns, 6 buds. No surprise since I have several space agers around...
