Oh, DUH! Sorry, I see -- I habitually had scrolled down to the text and then tried to access the video from the URL quoted there, and didn't notice the actual video playing....
It does look like a neat trick and I'll try it too! (Wonder how fresh the yeast has to be..... what we have is probably pretty old. )
