Aha. That's what I thought you meant. Mine do fine outdoors, planted in the ground. Just not in pots. The OP doesn't have a place in the ground available yet, so for him it's a matter of maintaining them till next Spring. Heh, I know what you mean about the canine contingent, having 2 malamutes and a Great Pyr. All my plantings have to be in areas the pups can't get to; they even dig out the pots!
Confidence is that feeling you have right before you do something really stupid.
