Hmmm, I see that a few at the top of the photo are a little separated from the rest. Can you use a very sharp knife or pruners and cut them away from the rest, taking some of the parent stem with them? Then try potting them up and us the Quick Start to get roots going. If that works well I would then remove the rest of the offsets and treat the same.
It looks like the one offset at the top has one tiny white root? If any of them are starting to form roots I would transplant them now and keep them sheltered from harsh conditions. Like we did the Erwin plants.

I love to see it work so well when bloom stalks are removed, so encouraging. Hurray!
