Last year I had a few rhizomes of Dykes winner Gypsy Lord left. I had an empty spot in the rose garden and prepared it by adding some alfalfa pellets, well rotted manure and some 10-10-10 fertilizer. I dug a rhizome for a friend this morning and see that the extra attention worked, Look at this beauty....compare to the $5 dollar bill....
