I know I did not know the difference either.

20 yrs ago my friend cooked a turkey and it was the best turkey I had ever had cross my lips. She is the worst cook on earth so I asked her who cooked the turkey. She will be the first person to tell you that you do not want to eat what she cooks. Rolling on the floor laughing

She received a gift certificate for a fresh turkey from a local farm so she did not have a choice but to use the gift for the turkey. We have gone and got our turkey from them ever since. We reserve the turkey for size we want and date we will pick up. It is cleaned and ready when we get there. They charge $3 -$5 a pound depending on time you call, if you are a repeat customer or if they really like you. The price is fluid. *Blush*
