Becky, you're right. I think it's sort of a 'grass is greener on the other side' scenario, but I am definitely more of a warm-weather person. I love the seasons, but I'd love a lot less of them. In terms of temperatures, I'd probably be a happy camper if I lived somewhere in the Virginia/North Carolina/South Carolina area. I'd rather get excited about the occasional snow rather than the occasional warm day. Hilarious! I do have to say, though, when we had the winter-without-end a year or two ago, Michigan had a lot of sunny days where the snowy scenery was so serene and beautiful. ...I'd have rather been a visitor than a resident, but still...there is something to appreciate about it all, I suppose. And I think there is no one more excited for and more appreciative of Spring than someone who lives in Michigan and places further north. Big Grin

I can't say that the harsh, relentless heat of Florida would be easy, either. I do think that people suffer less from sickness in Florida, but no doubt there are days where the heat makes you feel just as immobile and unmotivated as an illness would. I guess we all just have to take the good with the bad. Rolling my eyes.
