Absolutely agree, a sharper picture should enable a diagnosis. The reason I was suggesting oedema/edema, depending how you spell it, was because of the inconsistency of size (and not so symmetrical shape) as it seemed to me, but whether that's because the picture isn't clear is difficult to say.
