Trouble is, you can't find them for sale until May and I'd like to have them getting big in the greenhouse earlier. Sometimes I can find them in a gallon pot and they really do well then.
2023: 3 plants from seed. SE end.
2021: Ended up with 6 plants in the garden. A mixture of purchased starts and some from seed, I think most of them were the ones I bought as starts because they were larger. At any rate, I ended up with a ton of poblanos, but they weren't very big. We made some good rellenos out of them!
2020: 3 plants from seed. They did OK.
2019: 2 plants from seed. Did OK.
2018: 2 purchased plants. We got quite a few peppers this year.
