I find it interesting that so many talk of this plants unpleasant aroma. The wonderful aroma is the second reason I purchased this plant. I love the color and the flowers it produces. I also wanted it to take over a 4 ft x 12 ft area but after 4 years it has only covered about 2 1/2 x 3 ft area. It usually dies back in the winter in this location. I love this plant and so do the pollinators.

A WONDERFUL WILDLIFE PLANT, BERRIES ARE GOOD IN JAMS AND BAKED GOODS. FOLIAGE IS BEAUTIFUL. I GROWS NATIVE ALL AROUND ME, BUT I HAVE TRANSPLANTED NEAR THE HOUSE SUCCESSFULLY.
