Oh Dot. I know you were teasing me. But honestly, I don't know why the tomatoes think they are like Jack in the beanstalk crazy bean, growing like mad. Rolling on the floor laughing Rolling on the floor laughing

I enjoy looking at your garden shots and the tomatoes and other stuff. I have my own daylilies to look at. I still have a few blooming here. I really enjoyed looking at your irises, especially the ones in the upper garden on the pathway.

I am just catching up on threads... sorry to be late to the discussion...

Cherokee Purple is my favorite tomato for flavor. However, they seem to be really in the number of tomatoes per plant. Same with Aunt Ruby's German Green. Love it, but the plant does not produce much.

I had Sungold a couple years. I liked them, but they cracked really bad for me. I grow a small cherry called Matt's Wild Cherry.

Lovely photos!! I agree Thumbs up

Juli, late is fine! I know you had plenty of other things to do after the power went back on.

I am not surprised about the lower production of CHEROKEE PURPLE as from what I read the heirlooms always have lower production. No matter, I am really ready to try something different so can't wait until it gets ripe. Meanwhile, I have been eating afew Sungold each day. Not having any problems with cracking at all and they taste oh so good. Thumbs up

Thanks Rita. I had some yellow tiger lilies about l0 years ago and they all died off gradually. I don't remember mine being that tall though. This must be a newer variety.

Debra, thanks. I really do love that wall along the front. What a project it was. It took a four man crew of guys 5 longs days to build it but it turned out great.

I planted some of my brocoli seedlings in ground today from their cellpacks that I had used to start them in. They had their first set of true leaves so I figgure it is time. Still have half of them yet to plant. And I noticed more of my Long Beans are flowering. Guess they really like the heat.

Rita things are really going to town. Love the street views and the tomatoes are monsters. Lucky neighbors. The Hems are just exploding with color and all the lilies too. Just love it. If you ever divide Bass Gibson please keep me in mind. Have bid on it a few times but could not go as high as everyone else.

Thank you everyone! Steph, as far as BASS GIBSON, I bought it (on the LA) as one fan afew years ago and it really multiplies slowely. I just went out and looked. Counted 5 fans so no dividing for at least, at least, two years sorry. I know someone asked me for fans of BASS GIBSON last year and I had to turn them down too.
