I had Shores of Time and gave it to my daughter. Just never did much for me. Guess it didn't like my soil.

Thanks ladies, I will let you know how it goes. There are just so many wonderful daylilies on the LA. I am having a blast, like a kid in a candy store!

I just looked on the Lily Auction and Dot (Ladylovingdove) is downsizing and has some unbelievable deals. I would be tempted myself but I am trying to downsize also. Not that the operative word is "trying".

Yeah, I did, but my timing is off. Some of the items end in the wee hours of the
morning, and the difference in time zones, well, they make a difference.

Also, as I do this, I'm trying different approaches, but statistically speaking, the probability
is more than likely 50/50 no matter what I do differently.

LOL

I try and time mine to end at a decent hour although I do forget especially when I'm up really early and I forget about the time zone difference.

I think I am getting the hang of it but I have done a few stupid things. I bidded 30.00 for one daylily then realized Tink had it for a buy-it-now price of 20.00. Duh! Lucky I lost that one, I went straight for tinks listing and bought it anyway. So there! Sticking tongue out

I'm glad I tried to buy first. If I had listed some for sell, I would not
have thought of the timing. Would take some thought about the time to
list and accommodate all three time zones, especially when we are busy
and pressed for time as well. It's a learning process for sure.

I like the buy-it-now and store items best of all.

Shirlee and Michelle,

You can list at any time day or night and make them end at a decent time. You just add or subtract time. For example, if you are starting a bid on Sunday and want it to end next Sunday you would make the auction for 7 days. But say you got up early and wanted to list some things, Say it is 6:00 in the morning and you want them to end at noon in 7 days. You would make the auction for 7.2 hours, that would make it end around noon the following Sunday. You can always preview your auction and then back up and change the time to suit you and make it end right. You might want to add a few more minutes and make it 7.22 hours. You can also do the same thing and back it up a bit. Say you are listing something later in the day Sunday or Sunday night but want them to end at noon the following Sunday. Then you would make it less than 7 days by subtracting time and make it 6.8 hours etc. I hope this isn't too confusing. Michelle you may have already known that.

Dot, yes I knew to do this I just keep forgetting to do it. And once the auction is listed you can't go back and change the time Crying

I did it again this morning Whistling Some I remembered, but the first few I totally forgot.

Rolling on the floor laughing Rolling on the floor laughing Rolling on the floor laughing I know you can change a lot of things but not the time. You can even go back and put different pictures and stuff.
