Don't squat with yer spurs on!

People try to turn back their "odometers." Not me. I want people to know 'why' I look this way. I've traveled a long way and some of the roads weren't paved

Jeanne has the eye. Her photos reminded me of postcards especially the blue and white.. I just could not get enough contrast behind the bird to outline it. Thought it might give an idea for the market - a way to preserve the totems even after they move to a different home.

You know those pictures would make fun puzzles. There is a Cubits site that makes puzzles out of your pictures. It is great fun you submit your pictures and they pick some for the puzzle that they make each day. There are several sizes to pick from and you make them on your computer. Those pictures would be great. They puzzles are fun to do, I usually do mine early morning a nice relaxing pastime. You should check it out.

Rosie, those are beautiful. They barely look like the same picture. How in the world did you do that? Yes, I think they would make great post cards. I will have to check with my brother and see if he knows how to do this. That really is a cool idea. Thanks for the suggestions and the picture examples. Thank You! Thumbs up I would have never, ever thought of doing this.

Well, like I said, people at the farmers markets do buy post cards or pretty frame able cards as gifts. Sure beats $3.50 or more for a Hallmark Happy Birthday card. Much better quality. Not sure about your area. You should look around to see what is on the weekend stands... I buy (from Etsy shops) my cards as opposed to going to Walmart. Much better quality and originality.

I used a photo program. Free or at most a few bucks at the app store. For ipads

I am glad that you are enjoying my love of my glass art creations. Thanks for the link to Cubits. I did just go there and joined the Playpen of Graphics. I am so happy that Rosie did this to my pictures and shared them here. A great idea I would have never thought of. Now to follow through with this idea. I will keep you posted if I do anything with these great ideas. Thanks to you too Holly.

If you have any problem negotiating the site let me know it is pretty easy once you figure out where to post your pictures for the puzzles. It is a great fun site. There are thousands of puzzles to do.

Holly on some of the puzzle sites -- you can play with the grandkids. Both can sign on and do the same puzzle real time..# pieces, shape and same photo... With a timer to see who wins. I used to do this a few years ago with jigzone. Can't imagine it has changed.
