Nate told me that this one was going to be registered this winter and offered for sale next spring.
I have been growing this one since 2011 when Nate gave me one fan.
It's one of the best I have ever seen for edge and teeth in a northern bred daylily.
Stats are from what I am seeing in my garden, pod, pollen fertile, 3 way branching with bud count in the high teens.
My one fan has increased to 3 this summer.

Wow, that one is positively my favorite! I love the toothy ones, and my goal is to try to get teeth into the smalls and minis.

ED....I have just spent the last half hour looking at your seedlings in complete awe. Gorgeous all of them. Congrats! This last one, "Something in My Teeth' is exquisite with teeth on both the sepals and petals. Thank-you for sharing all these pix with us. Truly outstanding blooms!

I was out of town since Monday. I got up today and had a first bloom on my Off To The Races that I bought last year.

As soon as I saw 'Something in My Teeth' I googled Solaris Farms at the speed of light before reading the second sentence. ". Nate told me that this one was going to be registered this winter and offered for sale next spring." LOL

I like that Best In Class. Good color.

It's an excellent red. It's not the most saturated I have seen but the particular shade glows.

I like ones that glow. Looks like it has nice substance too.

HIGHLAND TOWER, RUFFLED STRAWBERRY PARFAIT & LOLA BRANHAM - all still blooming.

My Best In Class has rebloom scapes too!

What a beautiful weekend we are experiencing here in Vermont. With a hard afternoon thundershowers on Friday afternoon, a cold front ushered in cooler nights, 48 degrees, and spectacular sunny days in the mid 70's. The air is crystal clear, and the light spectacular. Oh yes, those cold morning openings can be a problem but most of my daylily's seem to have adapted this week. But definitely the season is winding down for me. I have one new plant that opened yesterday.

I wanted to mention that Nicole sent me the replacement plant for 'Adventures With Jelly Maker' this week, and it has already been planted in the garden. She also identified the noid that was supposed to be AWJM as 'Ceaser Augustus'. One member here identified the noid correctly. You guys are so smart!!
