These were heads cut off of a dying mother plant. So stuck them in their own pot and kept them protected outside under a small table for the winter. They got wet last week when we got some rain.

Hey Guys and Gals,

I had the name of this Sedum in my head and cannot for the world remember what its real name is Blinking

I know one of you will know and I will write it down this time! The color gets incredible when it gets cold. Smiling

Dave,
Don't know. Is it tropical or hardy.
Also I noticed you have my all time favorite Sansevieria, 'Gold Hahnii'. I own several and have the most trouble with it producing pups

Semi Hardy I suppose. It has taken weather temps right below 30 with no problems. I have no doubts frost would damage it though.

That is a great Sans. I love Sans. The Full Moon Sans is another favorite.
Thumb of 2014-01-25/DavidofDeLand/9cf413Its the stripeless one in these pots. It gets about a foot and a half tall. Smiling

David, are we talking about the green sedum hanging over container on the left side of the pic?
If so it might be this one?
Sedum (Petrosedum rupestre subsp. rupestre 'Angelina')

The colorful one is(?):
Crassula capitella 'Campfire'

Absolutely right on both counts Bev. Thank you! Now I remember it was a Crassula. ( I never think of the ground cover type Crassulas as being Crassulas Ha!) I'm labeling it this time. Smiling That sedum was gorgeous 3 weeks ago and took a hit from the cold, or me, or something since. Blinking Smiling The Crassula 'Campfire' has the most amazing color in Winter here...

sadly, I lost my Campfire due to a black spot fungus or some thing. It did not spread to my other Jades.
I see you got some Sans collection going on. My self, I got maybe 30 different kinds. Still, Gold Hahnii still my best.

I love the idea of snow and the beautiful pictures my Northern friends send me of it. I will stay a Southern Boy at my age now though.

..........unless God and his Angelic Muse's change the plan for me unexpectedly of course! Smiling

A pretty succulent bowl from today. Does anyone know what that center one is? a friend gave it to me when it was small and called it 'Paw Cactus'? Now you know it has a better name! Smiling I tip my hat to you.
