My Adeniums are still outdoors, we still reach the 75F range daytime and cools down to 57-58F overnight. I have greatly reduced watering. Plants still doing okay, the younger ones have slowly dropped some older leaves, but seems to be trying to grow new ones.
The older Adenium I have is not dropping any leaves yet but it is certainly trying to grow some more:

Have kept the oldest of my Adeniums outdoors..the two smaller ones have gone indoors yesterday. It is a rainy Halloween day up to tomorrow, so after this soaking and a few days of dry time, I will put this older Adenium indoors. Just giving it a chance to enjoy liquid gold before it heads to its winter slumber.

Mine is still blooming, it has open buds, new buds and seedpod. I think I will have a good seedpod this time.

Finally have my remaining Adenium obesum indoors last night..so glad I did. As our forecast said low of 43F for last night..I was not sure if it will really hold like that, since it felt much colder. Glad I did bring it in, we woke up to 39F this morning.

For some reason one of my younger Adeniums, indoors as of 30Oct started to have a soft base..I have not watered it since it was brought in, and was just by my south facing window. Upper stem still feels stiff, so as a precaution I have pulled the plant off the container, sprinkled some cinnamon and letting it dry and hopefully heal. The only difference I see is that it is raining a lot outdoors, but should not matter since it is indoors...however it has been very dark and overcast for some time now. It has only one tiny leaf left, so I was sure it should be heading to sleep already. Will see how it goes...

I hope it's OK. I've lost a few plants, of my hundreds, and I don't know why. They go dormant for no reason I can figure, then they pass away. i hope yours is OK.

No water for how long? Might be thirsty! You're not in the frozen north.

Tarev, i sure hope it will survive, hopefully it is just going to sleep. I just checked mine. I'm really bad taking care of my plants winter time. I go dormant too :).

To my pleasant surprise my adenium is blooming and seedpod looks good, here are a few pics.

I know, I think I really need to take care of this one a little bit better. It just blooms non-stop.

I have some DRs that are blooming indoors, but the blooms are smaller and paler than normal. They are in front of a slightly sunny window. Most of my plants did not go dormant, as I expected. Should I be watering and feeding the ones that are blooming? I've been back and forth out of town a lot during the last 2 months, and some of my plants look terrible. I'm Confused

Blooming could mean dormant. There are different versions of dormant. The 'hardest' is no leaves.

Then when they have leaves and even flowers, they are partly dormant, but no new leaves/stems They still need some food and water, and remember: Photosynthesis is when sunlight hits leaves, and leaves convert nitrogen, phosphorus, and all the other nutrients into sugars, which are the food your plant uses for life. Huh?

Growth of new leaves is the signal that the plant is not dormant.

So, just a little water, and a wee bit of food.

Thanks, Melissa for the excellent explanation. Now I know what signs to look for. I'm going to look them over right now.

I lost that young Adenium that was getting soft in late Oct 2014..so now down to 2. One still young and the other one that is more mature. Well, at least still got two. The remaining young one is still sleeping. The more mature one did not totally lose its leaves, and seems to be trying to wake up but not yet ready, so I am giving it time. Some tips are preparing to do something, been in that state for the past couple of weeks, just watching if it will be new leaves.

Our overnights still cold in the low 40's though daytime is going to mid to high 70's. So tempting to bring them out, but going to keep them indoors just a month more.

Took some photos of my hunky adenium: still in dormant stage, but kept most of its leaves
Thumb of 2015-03-04/tarev/af8989

But I do see some nice new growth now, some nice bud formation:

Base feels firm, though a bit shrunken during this dormancy.

Still waiting for temps to be warmer at night, daytimes are okay, but at night hovers to low 40's with occasional 39F dip.

Thanks Doris..but they are not too big, some just around 3 to 4 inches, I guess the ones on the backside wants to get more light so it is making the leaves longer. The ones to the front, nearer the window are smaller, about 2 inches.
