This is Hoodia Gordonii, I won it at a local Cactus and Succulent society meeting.
It's pollinated by flies and it smells like stinky arm pits.

Here's another weird one, Stapliad gigantea. This one is also pollinated by flies only it smells like a dead animal.

Looks like a Siamese twin flower. That is called fasciation and it does strange things to otherwise normal plants.
