Thanks for the compliments on the gardens. Years past I posted lots of p[ictures of my blooms, this year not so much. Too busy now that I have a dog. Between the exercise walking with my dog and taking care of the garden, I just don't get to take as many pictures as I used too.

I do know that rule, Ashton! I had a horrible year with daylilies last year. I had thrips that killed most of the flowers. I treated them in fall and spring and it looks(so far)like a better year.

And I'm sorry, I do not know the crosses. I knew the pods parents but all my labels got moved last fall by a very helpful granddaughter.

As to the "two level" gardening....it's really not so strange.....I know a couple who grow plants in their basement!. ....funny thing is there is LOTS of room in their yard ....I wonder why they use the basement

At Windsor Castle the tower is on a high hill, of course. I watched them let the lawnmower back & forth (down & up) on a rope.

I think they must be ashamed of them, MaryAnn......no flowers on 'em....and sort of a 'sickly green", to boot!

I'm sorry. I forget not every knows I work in a large movie theater. We're always having fun like this.

I didn't see those movies. Have not been to a theater in years since the local one closed down.

This is a velociraptor. They featured heavily in the movies and took out Samuel L. Jackson and others.

I met a group of friends to see the first of those movies and drove home well after dark by myself. then had to get out in my semi-isolated area in the middle of woods to go into the house. I was scared a dinosaur was going to get me. I saw the others during the day.

One of the guys I work with can make that chuffing bark sound they made. It startles you when he does it around a corner.
