Ann,.. that drool isn't easy to wipe up,..slimy ,..they want us to feed them and open the door,..quickly,..telling them to do something as quick doesn't always suit them

Are you kidding me????!!!!! Believe me, she can drool like a St. Bernard. Philip was right about it not being easy to wipe up. It IS slimy!!!! Oh yeh Philip...... I've tried my best to teach her the word hurry. I'm sure she knows it but she sure doesn't *do* it unless she wants to.

Still, we love them to distraction.

OMG ,..i thought the image of the dog was a new Avatar,.. brain dead today as it was one of my Fizzle Out Days,..after breakfast i couldn't keep my eyes open but stuck it out until one o clock,..then off to bed for four hours sleep,..nice but woke up like a grumpy old bear,..luckily there were no callers

Not this time, Philip, just meant to make folks smile.

Understand about waking up grumpy...fortunately, the dogs DO sometimes let me sleep...

Took these yesterday afternoon because the sunshine on the flowers and foliage was so alluring it just made me do it, I mean, it made me!
Most likely will only have them until Sunday, though. Overnight low Sunday into Monday is supposed to be in the mid 20s. But it has been a great run!


Lantana is fading, but still colorful. // Daylily foliage looks better than it usually does at any other time of the year.

Toad house, Philip. At least I hope that they are using it. Have a couple more mugs here and there, and all have cracks that leak, so I can't use them for drinking.

Ask anything you like. I wouldn't have thought of it myself, but one of the ATP members did a feature 'idea' on that topic and I remembered when deciding what to do with the cracked cups.

I used to be pretty smart, but this one is beyond me. Tried last night with a tired brain, again this morning with a slightly more alert (caffeinated ) brain, and stopped after I reached "have a mild hissy fit" level of frustration.

I couldn't do it either -- but did not devote a great deal of time to it. I think it's not possible.

Philip posted a screenshot of his completed puzzle on his garden thread. My brain isn't that flexible, I guess.

I think it's all that ice cream and exotic pastries and fruits that Philip consumes that makes him successful at the puzzle.

Or it is that military mind that can consider strategy--something I have never been good at.
