Thanks Bob, of course in due time it will get there also. Just for cheering you up during the dull grey winter...that many years ago I shared there as well. Those grey cold winters is what gives us the necessary stamina to imagine and achieve colorful summers in our cool temperate gardens.

Nothing as exotic and colorful as Arturo's but my hellebore Foetidus is budded.

First flowers of the year, a bit early so maybe an early Spring is coming.

Yes Witch Hazel not sure which one my guess is Carmine Red. Leaves turn bright yellow in the Fall , most other reds and oranges seem to turn those colors in the Fall.I have never really noticed much of a scent to them .
