It will be fun to look back at the pics and see how they progress during the summer months!

Here is the container I won from the contest Kat held. I planted with the same sedums for now.
P.S. I ordered the woman from her so Jacob won't be lonely!! LOL

Awesome close ups. Which sedum is that Kin? I talked to my DH, he said it would be pretty difficult, would have to sand or scrape the glaze off where you want to drill it first, then drill. Think I will pass. Went to Al's today and took some pictures. Will post them later. : )

LOL, Debbie! I know the feeling!! Glad you enjoyed the photos...

Lynn, I don't know what all is in the mix of sedums.
Here is what the card said...
Garden Tiles, Conatins a unique mix of Sedum varieties best for planting in open shade to full sun hardy to -25 degrees. Fiber matting makes planting easy and anchors roots while plants become established.

Here are a few pics of how the matting looked

Maybe you will be able to name a few of the plants, Lynn.
I didn't think the price was too bad. It was just under 15.00

Looks like Blue Spruce, Cape Blanco, Kamtschaticum (solid green one), not sure what the very small beady looking one is. There are so many that look similar to each other. What a cleaver way to do them. Very interesting. What a nice way to display them to. All that mix of texture and color. That must be the same stuff they use to do a green roof.

Kin, those containers pictures from Schreiners are great - thanks for sharing!! If you've noticed changes when you go back, feel free to take and post some more pictures here. Thumbs up I've never seen garden tiles like those but they are a good idea. Sure have a nice assortment of sedum in them. And you've got some nice containers yourself!

Those are beautiful Kin.

Chris, I got them for my little dish garden, but as I am looking each one up, (which is no easy task) I'm finding some of the ones I bought will grow to 4 ft. HELLO. Separate container Rolling on the floor laughing I feel like I am starting to garden all over again. I've only grown a few succulents that have been given to me, so I'm not sure which ones do what. But I'm getting an education, if nothing else. When I finish getting the info, I will post them to the database, but right now, I'm on my way outside to play with them some more. Went to Hobby Lobby and they have a 50% off sale on all their garden stuff, so needless to say, I just had to buy a few things. Rolling my eyes.

Lynn did you get any of yours listed yet?

This is Purdy's Big Red, it really is a big semp. And it's chalk full of chicks. I will have to go count them. 25 chicks and it looks like there might be more coming. This is truly a big producer.
Look how beautiful it is in the pot from Janet. Thumbs up

Had to put the triple pot in by itself. This is the cutest little specimen container grouping. Thank you Janet for all the wonderful pots.

Janet can you give me a link to post them on your site? Not sure where would be the best place. I really love these pots. I now see what you mean about the sound they make when I flick the rim. Thumbs up I get it now. Thanks for the lesson on how to pick a strong, good pot that won't fall apart during freezing weather. Your the best. Big Grin Thumbs up

Posted them Janet. I will be potting up more plants in the next week or so and will post them over there. We also have a Container Database here if you would like to post other pictures of your pots planted up.
http://cubits.org/sedumandsemp...
We are slowly adding to it, anyone is welcome to add their planted containers. I agree, the more pictures we see the more ideas we get on how to use our containers.
