Mona, beautiful pictures. You asked me about my favorite pod setters and fertile pollen. I answered you on my thread.

The seedling Discriptive Details x Across the Universe will be my first introduction. I hope to hear some feedback on it.

The scape is appx 26" bloom is 6.5 to 7.5" bud count is 15. It's also pod and pollen fertile. There is nothing outstanding about it but it's such a beauty to me that I think it's worth being named.

I enjoyed looking at your seedlings. I get such a kick out of seeing what people's crosses produce. You have created a lot of pretty babies. My top favorites were Special Ovation X Border Music, Barbie's Favorite X Jellymaker and Steve Trimmer X Unknown. Great sowing and growing!

Thanks Debra so much. It's all hard work, but still so much fun and the rewards are grand. I count my best reward the friends I have made one here. Everyone is so wonderful, kind and sharing. Such a blessing to me.

All are wonderful but Star Of India X Oversized Load is over the top. That bold bright color and the form were made for each other,.

The one you plan to register - Descriptive Details X Across the Universe - is a beauty. I like its soft peach/melon color and the ornate ruffled edge. The fact that the blooms are sometimes larger than 7 inches is a real plus. I love those big, round whoppers!

Hi Peggy, don't worry about the picture. I don't know why it was put there, but it's no big deal at all. When I get it registered, I will put a picture into the database and it will have my name on it.

I'm glad you enjoyed looking at the pictures. Did you ever go to the other website to see all of them? Here's the link in case you want to see more. Blessings, Mona

Hi Mona - I was surprised by sculpted pleats on blooms of Cimarron Rose and was wondering if you noticed any pleating in your ELISA DALLAS X CIMARRON ROSE sdlg.

This was the first year that the Elisa Dallas x Cimarron Rose seedlings bloomed as beautifully as they did. We had a wonderful Spring and I think this really effected alot of my plants in a great way. I used Cimarron Rose on a lot of daylilies and I think I managed to get a few seeds on the EDxCR crosses. I really liked Cimarron Rose this year and it had loads of beautiful blooms but, I can not say for sure if they al looked pleated. I wish I could.I will be watching these seedlings next year in a big way. Thanks so much for your comments. I'll post a few other photos of the seeedlings:

Well crap. I'm so sorry Mona because I went back to look at photos of CR and it's actually Rosy Rhino that had the sculpted pleats and CR sometimes had extra petaloid tissue. Your seedlings look great and I'm sure you're pleased with them.
