Mealycup Sage (Salvia farinacea 'Victoria Blue') has been blooming profusely without deadheading here in zone 6b since spring. It is a very popular annual here in spring and is available in inexpensive four packs or six packs.

Here is my garden as it appeared on October 8; Victoria Blue is circled In white; it has begun to decline (as of October 17) but is still blooming; it is too windy to photograph today:
