Holy crap! I had not yet read the full catalog and was told the last page was deleted (along with additional replies I imagine). I went back to look at the original and saw why. Crying Angry Grumbling

Sorry folks. In my zeal to get the thing posted I didn't see that, nor did I even have an inkling that I could see something like that in a horticultural catalog. I'll repost the page without that name later. Again, my apologies. I'm absolutely stunned and disgusted.
