As Zuzu has pointed out, the HMF site not only provides descriptions and photos of roses, but indicates which nurseries in which countries sell a particular rose. There are many roses sold in other countries that are not available in the U.S. This image shows you which tab to use in HMF to see where roses are available for purchase, and whether they are sold by mail-order nurseries or not. Many of the nurseries listed do not sell their roses by mail, and the number of mail-order nurseries is dwindling. That's why the members here on the forum tend to discuss the same handful of nurseries that we buy our roses from each year. It's probably worth your while to become familiar with those nurseries, and to check their websites, because in the end, they will largely determine your list of options. This will lead to less frustration than casting a broad net only to find roses that meet your requirements but aren't available to you.
