Thanks all. The pot in the background contains 'Terracotta Warrior' (asiatic) which I reobtained this year as well. None of the nearby trumpets and aurelians are affected, so unless something strange happened to the 'Miss Feya' bulb before it reached me, I am inclined to think it's diseased.

It'll go in the bin today. There are a few different suppliers that still have it, so I will try to source it from a different one next.
