I posted previously and the community advised I had downy mildew. I've been treating it with the Garden Safe Brand Fungicide3 over the past few months. I think it's sort of working, but not really? I haven't been great a treating it once a week like I should be. I went out and captured this updated picture today of the back of a newer leaf. Is this still downy mildew or something else now? Poor rose plant. I haven't even had it 6 months yet.
