I have Homaleomena Emereald Gem and that was my first thought before I enlarged the photo. I also thought of Anthurium but it still reminds me of a Philodendron I used to have. As Purple stated in her first post, juvenile forms of Philo look nothing like the mature varieties. I sure hope someone comes along and can possibly give you a more accurate identification, at least if you could get the genus that would help give an idea of what growing conditions are required.
