My (hybrid?) rose plant is not blooming completely. The petals have a black edge and they feel a bit squishy. I pruned them in the in March. It used to bloom very well till 2013 but for 2 years now there seems to be an issue with the plant. I fertilized it and sprayed insect control but it had no effect.
