Do you mean Claude Monet? I have two roses named Monet, but one's mauve and the other's an apricot blend. Claude Monet does have stripes, but it also has a lot of pink in the blooms, in contrast to Rainbow Niagara.

I'd choose Rainbow Niagara. It's easier to find than Claude Monet. It's more vigorous, and it blooms more often.
