The weed pressure is never-ending in our warm climates. I just finished spreading pre-emergent herbicide around several rows of roses, hoping they won't disappear into the wilderness this "winter". I hate using chemical controls, but there are not enough hours in the day to do all I need to do to do on the farm, and I don't want to give up my rose addiction.
