Your seedling is orangetastic!! I would love to have one even if it is short. Michele, I've had alot of my new plants put up the short scapes this year and even a few older ones that were repotted last year. I'm basically ignoring this because I think it's a "freaky" thing that will not be the norm. I believe they will be alright next year, we'll see.

Stephanie, don't hurt your wrists by typing but know that we all want you back asap. I sure hope you heal fast and can still enjoy the season.

I don't think I have ever crossed purples with eye and edge, very interesting results. Like HHPxJNxJELLYMAKER the best.

Fred, I probably wouldn't have either. I bought those seeds, they may have been some bonus seeds, before I aquired Happy Happy.
Now this year I have crossed a toothy eye and edged daylily onto the purples, reds, pinks. We'll see what happens
