That is how I feel about where I live.

Oh....then I'm very happy for you also....lol...it makes all the difference in your life. We'd been in Fallbrook for 30-some years and many people keep moving there and thinking it's Heaven and I kept looking around and saying, "Oh, please...I don't want to die here...." It was not easy getting here, but so worth it for me. I am aware that there are those who would live here and look around and say, "Oh, please, I don't want to die here." It's not for everyone....

That is why the population of the world is not living in one place on the planet. We are all individuals, with different ways of seeing things that appeal to us.

I'm always seeing places that I would love to try out for just awhile, maybe 6 months....don't want to live there forever, just a short experience...can't pass a house or through a town without wondering what it's like to live there.

I have an extremely long list of things I like about this place...not the least of which is that for 20-some years the town has put on a FREE Thanksgving Dinner at the Fairgrounds..this year serving 800 meals. I'm very impressed with a town that does that.....

Oh, thank you, Lynn...we shall see, maybe not. I do know that I'm really sorry not to have our vet around that we had for 20-some years.....as Zu, said...not as many cats now, "I'm cutting back". Actually, if we'd stayed in Fallbrook, we would always have cats because of the coyote problem there. People dump cats and if they show up on your property, you need to get to them before the coyotes do. It still seems odd to me to see neighborhood cats here. One of our neighbors does animal rescue and I get to enjoy her cats who hang out around our place a lot...and they're not my responsibility. Our cats have always been indoors....
