2 out of the 4 came up with 1 leaf each maybe 3 inches across each. Not sure why they are so weak. What do you feed yours, all I have done is put some compost around them hoping it will help. What I thought was a 3rd one coming up rotted.

in the ground i do not feed
in a pot i only feed sparsely maybe 2 or 3 times late spring & summer
sounds like yours got water logged & frozen
maybe you need to find a more protected spot for them ?

They are in a raised bed with wind protection , but we have had a very wet Spring. It seems to rain at least 4 times a week. For this area this was a pretty mild Winter much warmer then normal. Hopefully they will pick up soon
