i bet it is the same as starfish and i bet the starfish name is just a sales gimmick
my starfish are getting bigger and darker

my P. delavayi are slow coming up but seem to be happy


had to take the kaleidescope and Farfugium "gold ring" into the green house to baby them
when a very large limb came down in the wind storm last week and crushed them
they seem to be OK but will not be showing off this year with almost all their leaves broken off

They both look great. I hope your other plants are ok. Still waiting for mine to show any signs of life. I might order the Hunan if the others come back. I checked the shipping from Keeping it Green and it was almost 42 dollars, that seems a bit too much to me.

Ok, sometimes they have a few plants but don't show on website because of lack of numbers. I planted delavayi last fall and I think it is showing now. I would have to look.

The natives have started to break ground , but no sign of the Spotty Dotty's yet.

Just wondering how much longer Spotty Dotty took to emerge after the natives for both of you? The natives are up here and I can see the tips on Spotty Dotty but no signs of growing yet.

do they get to see any sun shine ? some is good
the ones i have in full shade are only about 6" to 9" in height & the ones in partial sunshine are close to 30"
if you see tips emerging you will soon see growth
i don't have any natives here

One is in an area that is bright the other more shaded , no direct sun. The other 2 that were a little more to the front of garden and would have received a bit of sun have not shown up at all yet.
