ok, i searched by image and i can see it on lots of european sites. either people have it and show pics in forums or it's listed for sale commercially. see swiss, german, italian, czech, polish, russian and ukranian sites. some bot gardens. found a russian site where they do group orders from thailand for rare plants (it's on the available list). but of course, you can't get it from there...but it exists and people want it and have it too.
it is recommended as a landscape plant in hawaii though. so may be some it can be found in some nursery there?
i searched fl nursery plant finder too (plantant) - nobody lists it in either.
found a private czech ad - selling rooted nice plant (no takers, listed 1 year ago).
some sites refer to it as ficus variegata Vahl.
f .sagittata vahl is listed as common plant in swamp forests in singapore - but it's plain green.
saw lots of your posts asking about it too ;). it seems silly that you had it as a ground cover and now nobody has it at all. perhaps, it's still growing in smbody's private garden near-by?
native distribution listed: china, india, indochina, pacific islands, philippines, thailand, indonesia, etc.
now some random sites with pics of it:

nice write-up that lists the following syns:
Ficus compressicaulis, Ficus radicans, Ficus sagittata, Ficus sagittata 'Variegata', Variegated Rooting Fig

it seems the imports are coming from thailand.
if you're completely obsessed (as you seem ;)) - i'd try to get 'plant import permit' (saw a post saying it's easy and cheap) and try to import it directly ...from thailand. if russians can locate it, perhaps it can be found there?
alternate route would be to get a plant in europe (thru a friend), go to pick it up or let a friend bring it in: make cuttings from the plant. as far as i know you can bring cuttings thru customs/agro inspections (smth like limit of 6) for personal use.
ok, i got carried away there...
the good news, it's not extinct, definitely not!
