Continues on to be breezy, temps at 87F but humidity lower now at 16%..dry and drier.

Good news for us in the southeast! That is if the weather guessers are right. They say this high that's been parked on top of us is going to move & next week we'll get back to more normal temps for this time of year. I'm keeping my fingers crossed!

Good news, Ann. High pressure continues to boil us at 107 today but rain is on its way, at least that is what they are saying for later in the week. Of course any second that could change, couldn't it?

No one is having 'weather today?'

I am and it is 104 with a humidity of 13 and a dew point of 43. A stiff breeze now and then so it is kind of unpleasant.

91F with 23% humidity, bright and sunny, sunny, dry!

92F, 24% humidity, sunny. Pretty much the same as yesterday, which was the same as the day before, which was the same as the day before, etc.

Today they are saying possible really strong thunder showers, even hail. So far a small amount of rain. I hope that turns out to be it. It was mostly cloudy all day so I could spend time outside and not fry in the sun. I am cutting back my roses again to almost the point I did this spring. I always do this after the June flush and then we get another round of blooms in early August.

Beautiful day here today.

Yesterday was not so bad. It was getting pretty hot & then we clouded over & @ 3 a monster thunder boomer hit us. Cooled us right on down to about 77 - rained for only 1 hour but it poured buckets to the tune of 1 & 1/8" in that single hour. It stayed cloudy for the rest of the day & last night was actually rather pleasant sitting on the porch with no need of a fan.

This morning it's still cool @ 80 degrees, humidity @ 90% which means it's getting a bit "close" & will get worse as the temp. rises. Prediction of 93 today with 50% chance of rain.

Stop me if you've heard this one before. They are calling for a high of 91F. Currently it is sunny and 65F. 0% chance of rain.

Good morning! Still feels good right now, 67F and humidity is 49%. Expecting 95F later. Tomorrow will be triple digit ..so got to enjoy this conditons for now.

As hot as it gets here, I am still thankful we have some means to cool down..seeing the news on the other side of the globe people are dying already in Pakistan due to their heat wave there.
