The falls on #1 look kind of grayish to me which is a bit of a turn off, but I'm thinking seeing it with my own eyes I may think differently. 2 and 4 really catch my eye! #4 is clown car colorful!

Debra.. I'm trying to list all the seedlings numbers with the pictures so we can email him with the ones that get the majority vote nodding or at least a wish list with a number to reference.

Rob.. I agree I like them all too..

Tom.. LOL wouldn't it be nice to have that one blooming for the whole season..not sure How late that seedling continues to go but most of the early Luminata's were done and it was just starting to come on strong. I also thought it was a larger bloom than VG but it could of been just been the perfect conditions of Oregon everything looks bigger and better there Smiling

Gabe.. I agree ..Mood Ring is a must have for me too.. there are a few more from that cross that are Lovey dubby Outstanding also !! and the purple stems on the seedling are a bonus also Rolling on the floor laughing nodding

Neal.. It is more violet up close than grey but what makes it talk to me is the Bright yellow Beards and the golden hafts mixed with those colors in the sunlight it really stood out amongst the other similar colored seedlings.

This is another really good looking group the 1st couple are mentioned in the catalog as potential's for 2017.. I especially like number 1# but did not get a lot of pictures of it my guess is another late bloomer, loved the color of it and the yellow pattern on the falls, very unique and grabs your attention in the garden Curious if it passes that on to it's kids Smiling

Cory.. Thanks !! and welcome back.. I saved all of them but 13-58 the parents were much better than the seedlings and these weren't unique enough to do anything with.. I have high hopes for some of the others will see in another month or so so How they handled the winter in the new garden.

Number one is unique with the yellow splash of color, but my favorite of that bunch is three. I like golden yellow with purple. They go along royally. That's why I liked the luminata with a rich purple and yellow in the bunch before that.

The 2nd is the gold version of Haunted Heart. I quite like it.

I love the shade of red on the first one. I have seen other iris with the yellow splash (Exactitude, Ominous Stranger - Innerst iris), but never as nice as with that Class Ring red.
