Well....I've an enclosure for my outdoor refrigerator/freezer on the roof.. it has a green roof to keep it cool... at least it's not on my front porch
I took the roof off the cool rom to wake everyone up...

oh.. friends use of the hanging kitchen wire baskets to hang a series of hoyas in front of the window

In Morgantown, WV, where WVU is, it's couches.
When they win, they often drag them into the street and set them on fire.

here in NC it is car seats or van seats on porches . but then again you never know what you might see . a fridge , a couch , a cook stove etc ...

i have a few more cool ideas i have found to share with ya'll . once again i have no clue where the pics came from i just saw them on facebook where friends have posted them .



we cut down a tree over the weekend so i have the stuff to do this . but sadly it was covered in poison ivy . i guess i will wait until another tree needs to be cut lol .



this is fabulous . i would be so happy if i had one like it .i always was a sucker for a swing or hammock.



this little water feature is a great use of those ugly black busted nursery pots .



this sponge bob scene is in an aquarium but would be so cool as a miniature garden .



very cool use of fabric scraps in the garden . i would be sure to urethane the finished product .



this basket would be easy to do . i might even go as far as to use aquarium gravel to make it colorful or add patterns .



these are cute for a mini garden . you could also paint them like little flowers .



this is one of the most creative ponds i have seen in awhile .



this would be awesome as a rock wall . build several of them end to end in different makes and models . would be time consuming but worth the effort .
I wish i had the time and materials to do all of these projects but i don't so hopefully somebody will see them and give it a try with their own unique twist on the ideas . ENJOY !

I remember my mother using fabric on terra cotta pots many years ago. Oh, yes you do need to put a sealer on them. Even use pretty paper napkins on the pots. They turn out so nice. Always wanted to do the rock lady bugs, maybe one of these days.................

my mom was a seamstress and had tons of fabric scraps but it was always hands off for me . so now that i am grown i save all of my cloth scraps for crafts and the pots will be perfect to use them on .

I always though my mother was ahead of her time, but it does seem a lot of things she had done over the years are coming back. She always designed in her head after retiring for the night. Could see projects in her mind, where as mine was always blank.
