Did you SEE what Dave did for out database searches. I can't believe the power he has given us to search for specific attributed in semps we are looking for. Now all we have to do it bring the entries up to date as we go.

You can search for color
Leave attributes, such as webbing, tufting, watermarks and more. There is even a drop down 'Other' under them so you can type in the part of the year that attribute will be exhibited.

I can't wait to start doing some updates so we can play with it.

What a great way this will be for people to find semps that are red.

I'll have to learn the sempervivum vocabulary!

Haven't tried it since the changes today - will play with it tomorrow.

Very few are filled out to accommodate the power of the search engine, but we will get there.

Ciliosum is one of my current favorites!

Another nice one: S. 'Speciosum' This colony has been in full sun all winter and is showing colorful tips on the leaves. Last year, when grown in a more protected location, it was all green.

That is gorgeous!!! And what a nice clump. That one will have to go on my wish list.
