Rolling on the floor laughing Rolling on the floor laughing Pushers all of us Cinta!!! haha, but now I have the most lovely amazing garden, and in many ways carefree - not! But that's because I love just looking at these guys! (if I am not home and with our weather the past couple weeks, its been completely fine!)
The sedum that I got as a cutting was just 3 rooted stems, it grows very fast, and these began showing buds within a month, so its a very easy and prolific plant!! Hurray!

Okay I am going out into the heat and try to make a semp/sedum tree in a frame.

I am waiting to see if my tea cup sedum is hardy or tender to finish my wire tea pot. I will post it in the container forum.

I am still working on the idea stealing from greg's queen picture. I want to do some pictures for the walls on the side patio.

I have these two mask. I want a pic on either side of the patio. I want to make it a picture with the head and make a living outfit below the mask. Top of her outfit out of sedum, and the dress part of her dress out of semps. I need to make some hands.

I could put sissors in one hand and Lynn's address in the other hand. Okay I am silly with the heat. Living in cold country I am not use to this much heat.

Hear are the heads.

Lynn, asked to see a pic of the robin nest with my sedum. I cannot find the topic we were talking about it but since this is a chat here you go....

You cannot see it real good here it is on the right side and I cannot get up over the nest because it is too tall. But you can see how she decorates. I told my daughter I think she is trying to even hang curtains. Robin nest sure are a messy mess.

My daughter said since it was on the front of the house we should take it down. I have a mean daughter. Hilarious!

You can't disturb her now, she probably has little ones. When they fly the nest you can take it down. Smiling

All but 2 of my upright/stone crop are noids.Never have understood was is a stonecrop Sedum.Upright sedum makes sense to me but why so may names?? Confused Confused and then there's spectabile?? Anyway all of mine are growing at very different rates except Upright Spectabile 'neon' and Upright Spectabile 'pink bomb' these are very big.Thumb of 2013-07-01/jojoe/b50962
The 2 big ones in the back are the 2 big one's.The ones in the front are all noids.I have one that seems to be growing buds and is growing tall.Any idea's what this one may be or maybe after it blooms it will be easier to ID.Thumb of 2013-07-01/jojoe/0e2e46
It seems to be growing straight up and tall, leaves are very serrated and here's the tips as well.

I haven't completely finished putting borders around any of my beds and with the rain it's impossible to keep up with the weeds or keeping them cleaned out.I also had to thin out the pea gravel because it was holding to much heat in the wet soil from the humidity.Sorry my bed looks so messy but i had to act quick or my plants were going to be steamed like cabbage. Shrug! I really don't know what else can be done.

We have flood warning today,83 degree's,heat index at 108 at noon. It's me against the weather.(i am repeating that a lot but it's in different forums & threads)
A green thumb comes only as a result of the mistakes you make while learning to see things from the plants point of view!!

Sorry Jojoe, don't know which sedum it is but I feel for you that it's you against the weather (are you brave enough to tell that to your doctor?) Hang in there and I know you must be at least glad to see your plants no matter what they are up to. Sedum looks good in the photos... Smiling

Jelinda, I feel for you. I am in the same situation. It is raining so hard here and it continues. I have so many projects I want to get started and it is flooding. If this continues I am going to go out and grab some plants and start working indoors.

I pots to plant, and projects to start and the rain will not let me outside.

Maybe when they bloom someone will be able to ID your sedum.
